This Privacy Policy describes how and when IP Metro BV (BE0536.508.780), with registered office at Kerselaarstraat 28, 9820 Merelbeke, Belgium (also referred to as “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares your personal information and content when you use our websites, including but not limited to www.ipmetro.com, www.ipmetro.org, magnify.plus and any sub-site or application operated by or on behalf of IP Metro (collectively referred to as IP Metro’s “Systems”).References to “you” are also, as the context may require, references to “your” and “yours”. The terms of this IP Metro Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference in the Terms of Use which are available at ipmetro.com, and which are also subject to changes.
By accessing our websites or utilizing any of the Systems, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data will be collected and/or processed for the purposes of providing you with customized services as described in this Privacy Policy.
“Personal Data” relates to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We are committed to ensure the protection of your Personal Data and your privacy. As a result, we safeguard the information you supply and we collect about you, and only use your Personal Data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, and more in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We have taken measures to ensure that your Personal Data are protected from unauthorized access, deletion or modification. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your privacy interests are protected in accordance with applicable law and best practices.
We collect and process data gathered through our use of our websites (browsing) and the use you are making of our Systems. Such data may include:

The data processed by Leadinfo is used in order gain insights on our website visitors and improve our services.
When completing contact forms available on our websites, we may ask you to provide the following details in order to allow us to process your contact request:
- name and surname;
- address;
- e-mail; and
- phone.
By completing the contact form, you naturally consent that we will process your personal data in order to contact you. The details provided by you shall be deleted one year after your entry.
Our website has links incorporated to the LinkedIn and Facebook social media accounts which are accessible by clicking the corresponding buttons. you accept and understand that by clicking those links certain account information might be processed by that particular platform and is provided to us.
We collect personal data when you are using the Systems, and this for the following purposes:

We collect information you provide directly to us when using the Systems. This personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, e-mail, phone number, profile pictures, including – as the case may be – public online profile information from social media services indicated by you. We also may collect other Personal Data that has been stored on systems or in relation to third party services that are directly connected to or being used by the Systems.
You acknowledge and accept that, by using the Systems, IP Metro may disclose and/or share your information at your direction in connection with your use of the Systems, including if we notify you through the Systems that certain information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide this information.
We may furthermore use your personal information that we collect through any of our Systems to provide, maintain and improve the Systems and, upon your request, to engage in and/or maintain in a commercial relationship with you or the company or organization you are representing. Furthermore, IP Metro may use your personal information to send you information about the Systems, such as technical notices and administrative messages about the Systems, responses to your comments or questions, news and information we think will be of interest to you, etc. If you would no longer be interested in receiving or using certain information, you can unsubscribe following the instructions in those communications. We may still send you non-promotional communications, such as messages about your account or our ongoing business relationship (if any).
Apart from the technical operators set out below, your Personal Data will only be disclosed to authorized persons within IP Metro.
Furthermore, although the Systems are being offered by IP Metro, we are also relying on various third-party service providers in various countries in view of providing, maintaining and improving the Systems and the use that is made thereof. These companies include hosting and telecommunications companies with whom IP Metro may or may not have direct contractual relationships, but who may perform essential technical functions in order for the Systems to be rendered. In order to achieve this objective, you acknowledge and accept that IP Metro may provide your Personal Data to such service providers, who are in any case only entitled to process such information for the operation of the System.

Customer / account management
If you are a Registered User, we collect and process Personal Data provided by you in view of and in relation to the use you are making of our Systems, for user administration, management and billing purposes. Any such Personal Information may include:

- address.
Online reporting
If you report certain (online) sources to us, we will process Personal Data in order to enable us to verify whether or not the information contained in your report is accurate, up-to-date and made in good faith. Data we collect in this process may include your name, first name, your postal and e-mail address, your telephone number, email address, your company and your function.
Enforcement actions
If you wish to perform enforcement actions you naturally consent that we will process your Personal Data and provide your Personal Data to third parties in order to verify your representative authority. The Personal Data of third parties contained in such enforcement actions is always processed on your instruction and responsibility, subject to the Terms of Use.

You have the right to rectify, delete or restrict the processing or request an overview of your personal data gathered through the use of our websites or Systems.
You can exercise your rights as follows by sending an email to privacy@ipmetro.com stating the rights You wish to exercise, and with a copy of your identity card (front and back).
If You request an overview of your Personal Data gathered by us, we will provide you with a PDF document within a reasonable timeframe.
In certain cases, we may refuse your request in whole or in part due to, amongst other things, but not limited to, the applicable statutory retention periods. We will always justify this refusal with an explanation of the reason.

Your Personal Data which is processed following the use of our websites is stored for fourteen months.
Your Personal Data which is processed following a contact request on the Website is stored for one year.
Unless agreed upon otherwise, for instance in the conjunction of a commercial arrangement or relationship between you (or the company or organization you represent) and IP Metro, Your Personal Data which is processed following the use of our Systems will be kept for at least the period required by law. Unless you request us to delete your Personal Data or if we are legally obliged to do so, your personal data will be automatically deleted after the data storage periods as mentioned above.
Although the automatic deletion of any information you have provided in connection with your use of the Systems following the closing of the timeframe within which the Systems are active, based on your location, is a key feature of the Systems, you expressly acknowledge and accept that we automatically record information created, shared or published by and in accordance with your use of the Systems (“Logs”). By way of such Logs, we keep track of personal and non- personal information such as but not limited to your IP address, operating system, other users to or with whom you have provided or exchanged information, location, your mobile carrier(s), device and application IDs, etc. IP Metro uses these Logs to provide the Systems and to measure, customize, and improve them, as well in order to respond to requests from law enforcement bodies, upon their request. In this respect, you expressly agree and accept that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, IP Metro may preserve or disclose your information in order to comply with a law, regulation or official request from a government body, such as data protection authorities, law enforcement officials or courts, to protect the integrity of a person, to prevent or react on security or technical issues, fraudulent behavior, or the integrity of the Website and/or the Systems.
We may use information about you to personalize and improve our websites and the Systems and provide content or features that match user profiles or interests and to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the websites and Systems. In doing so, we use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or device.
